This was a hero-piece created for a level in Gears of War. I modeled this facade in 3ds Max. The low-poly character was created by Kevin Lanning which I used as reference to demonstrate size and scaling for the assets. I was responsible for the high-res, low-res model, and spent a great deal of time on this piece as it was establishing the look of the level. Image 216 has texturing done by Michael Buck.
