These are various models done for Gears of War that had to be modular in both the assets and materials. The pipes were modular pieces intended to fill up wall space. The doors and door frames took advantage of the material instancing in the Unreal Editor. Various looks were achieved in the shader and blended with a custom grunge mask in the texture. The assets and hallway images were put together into a zoo level in the Unreal Editor to demonstrate modularity.
